I may or may not know you, so I don’t want to go as far as saying that your are a “super genius”, but I will say you are on your way by coming to this website and deciding to take a look at what we can offer you to enhance your already proven genius.
Any real estate agent can set you up with an MLS search and run you around on the weekends. Some might even be good at negotiating, and more importantly provide great customer service.
I like to think that myself and my team of agents can provide great customer service, and I know we are good at negotiating. But there are TWO items that I believe set us apart from 99% of real estate agents in the market.
- I am ALL about your checking account. Meaning my goal is to get you a tremendous deal on your next house. As an experienced investor I buy properties all of the time that are severely discounted. Now, many of the properties we would buy wont work for you because banks wont lend on them if they are in to rough of shape. BUT, with the number of properties we look at, we come across way more houses where homeowners could make a killing then we do that we can buy as investors. Then to top it off we have the experience and the resources to help you make your next home everything you want in a home.
- We have access to NON MLS properties. Since we work with so many investors we have access to all of the properties that they are working on. This is good for you for a couple of reasons. 1) We will give you access to those properties before they hit the MLS. 2) You will also get access to them in various stages. For example I sold a property this year where the buyer stopped the work on the property and chose to finish it themselves. This saved them significant money and gave them more creative control. Believe me, investors are always willing to walk away, or maybe skip the painting because the buyer wants to do it themselves and save those cost.
