About 30 minutes ago I finished putting my 8 month old back to sleep. Still can't
figure out how to get her to sleep through the night, but we have at least created a
consistent routine. Looking back at how her older brother was I know that it will
get better, so I'm not going to worry about it too much.

That was 30 minutes ago however. You would think any normal person would go back to
sleep. I can't however as I am currently suffering entrprenueridous. A disease that
causes your head to spin with new ideas and the overwhelming urge to create and grow,
which also happens to prevent sleep.

What I got excited about is something so dorky, but IMO very cool. I received an
email from my developer with the link to our new rental analysis page. This page is
something I conceived several months and is now a reality. I couldn't resist going
through the page instantly and everything is working great. I found a few spots where I am
going to clean some things up, but overall it is working great.

This page is definately going to become available to all of the MN Real Estate Club
members when it is complete. Now I am also debating how I can use it for marketing
purposes. I know that it is a valuable tool that normally would cost a decent amount of
money. I feel I should be able to somehow get it out to the masses as a lead gen
tool for the club as well, maybe 30 day trial of the software? What other real
estate analysis tools would be cool to create for value to the club and marketing?
Now I want to get started on an analysis sheet for flipping. Maybe contracts for
contractors. The possibilities are all over the place.

If anyone wants to let me know what they would like please do so by leaving a
comment or emailing the MN Real Estate Club at info@mnrealesrateclub.com.

Happy investment hunting!

Welcome to my new blog!

Have you ever woken up with a great idea? Has an idea ever hit you in the face like a ton of bricks while you were in the shower? Driving? Eating breakfast?

If you answered yes then you are in right place. I am getting smacked around by ideas upside down and backwords ALL DAY LONG.

For example…This blogJ

“True Cofessions of a Serial Entreprenuer” was an idea I recently had to provide myself with an outlet to share some of these ideas, talk about what is working and what is not, provide some serious value from my experiences, and then selfeishly get some great feedback.

If I know one thing it is that we can all learn more and do more together then as individuals and I value the opinions, support, and partnerships of the people around me.

Lesson #1 – In my experience I rarely jump into new businesses alone anymore. I used to NEED the control of everything and believed that no one could perform as well as I could. What I learned is that much to my surprise there are smart people out there!!! Who knew? By partnering with people smarter than me it has given everything I do a better chance of success.

A smaller piece of something great is worth more than 100% of something mediocre, and much less stress.

As the old sang goes… “Pigs get fat…hogs get slaughtered.”

I look forward to building and growing this blog with all of you. I appreciate your furute readership, comments, and am excited to grow something great with each and every one of year.

Until next time, stay committed to your success and you will achieve it.
