I have coached real estate investors for several years now, and just over the last year started to speak on a national level to entrepreneurs and real estate professionals.
I am an education junkie and still am always putting myself in places I can learn. Whether it is a seminar, a webinar, mastermind group, or through communications with my own coaches I am always learning. I do this with the philosophiy that if I can just pick up ONE good idea it will pay me back 100 fold.
I can think of a time that I spent $4,995 to attend an event. It was one of my first events and even I thought I was crazy. It was a real estate investment seminar and I was already pretty well versed, but I liked these guys and decided to check it out. From this event I remember it was A LOT of repetition for me. But, on day 4 of 5 they started talking about systemizing your business and their approach was not necessarily new but it truly hit home with me and that was the one thing I took from that event. That one thing which I paid $4,995 for will pay me back millions in the course of my career. Looking back I do not regret for one second spending that money.
I am not necessarily saying all of this to get you to spend $1,000′s of dollars with me. I promise that if I do it will be worth your while. But I am more telling you this story because I want you to understand the importance of constant education and the value it can bring to your business and your life. I really beieve it is one of the most important things you can do for your business, career, and future. It is easy to put off, but you can’t let that happen.
