A career in real estate can be a very fulfilling one that if done properly can yield you a pretty healthy income. Then, if you are really smart you can even build a business that has equity that you can sell when you decide to move on!
The problem is most people that get into real estate fail to realize it is a business. FACT: When you start your real estate business it is a business and should be treated like one. Businesses generate revenue and have expenses. I personally do not recommend you get into real estate unless you have a 6 month nest egg built up and $10,000 to spend to begin building your business. Keeping in mind that once you are generating commissions if you are building your business right that in the first year it is ideal to spend upwards of $30,000 in marketing.
I am not trying to scare you off, I am just trying to be real with you. In my decade+ of being an agent and a broker I have watched way more people get into the business and leave it then I have seen get into the business and be successful.
If you are going to get into real estate it is my goal that you take an approach that is going to give yourself the best chance to succeed.
The money can be ridiculous. I remember when I was 23 years old making 35k some months. It was a blast as I am sure you can imagine to be making that kind of money at that age:)

Here is what you will get in your 60 minute consultation…
- I will help you uncover your true opportunity in real estate. If I believe it really isn’t a fit for you I will tell you that to. You will get my brutal honesty.
- We will discuss your best opportunities to get started making money in the fastest possible manner.
- We will discuss the different brokerages an which one would fit you best. I even promise not to be bias to the one where I hold my license. I have been around the block in the Twin Cities real estate market and know the structure that most companies offer and what you receive for what you have to give up.
- You can ask me ANY questions you want about the business.
Because I value my time, as I will encourage you to do, and because I only want to meet with serious people I have decided to attach a nominal charge to these consultations.
I have charged real estate investors anywhere from $500-$1,000/hour for consulting services. But because I am truly passionate about seeing people get into real estate the right way, and I know that if you enter the industry with a proper plan it will benefit all of us I am willing to do these consultations for only $197 for the hour.
I promise, weather you realize it or not when you leave the meeting, that I will save you far more than $197 in the first year of your real estate career. I would even venture to say thousands if you take what I say to heart and apply it to your new business.
